NCLT & NCLAT Proceedings
Service Overview
Service Overview
NCLT & NCLAT Proceedings relate to corporate litigation and insolvency matters adjudicated under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) functions as a quasi-judicial authority handling corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, mergers, oppression and mismanagement petitions, and other company law disputes.
Appeals against NCLT orders are filed before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), which reviews legal and procedural correctness of tribunal decisions.
This service includes drafting petitions and replies, filing insolvency applications, representation in corporate disputes, shareholder litigation, merger approvals, stay applications, and appellate proceedings before NCLAT.
The objective is to ensure structured legal representation, protection of stakeholder rights, and effective resolution of corporate and insolvency matters before specialised tribunals.
