This service includes filing domestic violence complaints, obtaining interim protection orders, representation before Magistrate Courts and Family Courts, maintenance claims, defence representation where allegations are disputed, and appellate remedies.
The objective is to ensure protection from abuse, secure legal relief, and uphold the rights and safety of individuals within domestic relationships.
