Execution of Decrees
Service Overview
Service Overview
Execution of Decrees refers to the legal process through which a successful party enforces a civil court judgment when the opposing party fails to comply voluntarily. Obtaining a decree is only the first step; effective enforcement ensures that the relief granted by the court is practically implemented.
Execution proceedings may include attachment of property, garnishee proceedings, arrest and detention (as per law), recovery of money, delivery of possession, enforcement of injunction orders, or compliance with specific performance decrees.
These proceedings are carried out before the executing court in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure and applicable statutory provisions. Proper drafting of execution petitions, compliance with procedural requirements, and strategic legal action are crucial for successful enforcement.
The objective is to convert judicial orders into actual relief by securing lawful enforcement of court decrees.
